PERRY COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

PERRY COUNTY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL

PCMH is a critical access hospital serving Tell City, Indiana and the surrounding Perry County area. The facility is designed with 117,000 square feet of space and includes emergency, diagnostics, surgery, obstetrics, oncology, physical therapy, critical care and medical/surgical functions.
Energy efficiency was a key component in the design of this facility through technologies such as TPO roofing, spray foam insulation, and a ground loop geothermal heating/cooling system. The facility has scored the lowest Energy Used Index rating for a hospital to date and has been named the most energy efficient hospital in the United States.
This project was completed utilizing USDA Rural Financing. LMH Architecture utilized our expertise navigating the USDA financing requirements to help the hospital make this project come to fruition. LMH has experience and understands this entire process.
