Merit Health Central is a 319-bed healthcare facility offering diagnostic and cardiac services, obstetrics and women’s health, cancer care, an emergency department, inpatient and adult behavioral health services.
The project consisted of refurbishing an existing precast panel system, repairing and refinishing existing exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), replacing and wet-sealing the existing fenestration system throughout the facility. The EIFS was repaired in multiple locations, and a new refinish system was applied to give more longevity to the existing finish. This also gave us the opportunity to refresh the exterior façade aesthetically to brighten and improve the facility’s exterior appearance.
