Baptist Eastpoint is an ambulatory surgery center with an ambulatory care center, urgent care facilities, and medical office space to serve the east side of Louisville.
The Facility includes four operating rooms, four minor procedure rooms, a physical therapy gym, radiology facilities including an MRI and CT scanner, a women’s services center, and shell space to be expanded into.
Through the Design Process, LMH worked as architect of record with Ellerbe Becket to create an iconic facility that would be recognizable to the community. The building grows out of the ground with natural stone materials and is gradually transformed with glass and metal panels as it reaches upward to create a high-tech aesthetic.
