PROCESS
SCHEMATIC & CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
During the schematic design phase, the LMH design team will develop and review conceptual designs and programs at weekly meetings with designated user groups while our production team works meticulously to field verifying current conditions in the areas within the scope of the project to develop the base for which design development can occur.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & COORDINATION
Our design team conducts and leads meetings with designated user groups and team members from each discipline during an interactive, highly collaborative design development process. In the design development phase, we link with our consultants to ensure that as a team, we convey all details needed to produce a highly coordinated, quality set of construction documents. This thorough process helps to ensure a successful project.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Our production team in coordination with the consultant teams will develop and detail the project so that contractor teams can successfully construct the project. Our weekly design team meetings create accountability and allow the team to flush out even the most minute coordination issues. Our design team creates a fully integrated BIM model with each discipline providing their components into a single file resulting in a highly coordinated, quality set of construction documents.
